SpotLight On Kids & footlights productions and Rotary Gardens present the annual outdoor Halloween Walk and Toddler Costume Parade October 19-22, 2006 at Rotary Gardens in Janesville. While being guided through the jack-o-lantern lit Gardens, audiences will be entertained with tales of fun, fright, and fall. Aimed to educate and entertain, not scare, the stories will intrigue both adults and students alike.
