Have you been contemplating the joy of summer BBQ’s, but feel a little isolated because you can’t enjoy a hamburger bun or you don't eat the traditional meat based meal? Well, Hands on Gourmet has a solution for you. Participate in our “All American BBQ” workshop and you will be able to savor all the goodness of summer BBQ-ing without the gluten, dairy or meat.

In the All American BBQ workshop you will be learning how to make gluten-free hamburger buns, mouth watering patties (that could even turn a die-hard meat lover), and some traditional sides like potato salad and strawberry shortcake with coconut ice cream to top it all off. So wipe the drool off your keyboard and come down and BBQ with us!!

Leading the workshop are Julieann Moore, a veteran of Tartine Bakery, and Joshua Clever, a Natural Chef and cookbook author of Pesto: Simples et Bons.
