James and Sweeney first played together in the group Kerfuffle in 2002 but you might also know them from their work with Bellowhead, Jon Boden & The Remnant Kings or The Demon Barber Roadshow. The sound is dominated by Sweeney’s fiddle and the sweet and distinctive voice of James, and her accordion. They are two more young musicians right at the very forefront performing English folk music live today. April sees the release of their highly anticipated second album State and Ancientry. Their live show includes Hannah's renowned high-energy clog dancing.
