Healthy*Beautiful*At Our Best September 8, 2008

Chapel Hill, NC – Mina’s Studio and Lark Home Apparel and Purple Puddle are inviting women in our community to spend an evening at celebrating women and benefiting the UNC Center for Women’s Health Research and the UNC Center for Women’s Mood Disorders.

The event “Healthy * Beautiful * At Our Best” will be held at The Franklin Hotel Wednesday, September 10th beginning at 7:00pm.

The evening will feature North Carolina award-winning author and columnist Celia Rivenbark and include a wine tasting and hors d’oeuvres provided by The Franklin Hotel. The evening will culminate with a fashion show featuring beautiful “real” women modeling fall and winter trends, presented by Lark and styled by Mina’s Studio.

All proceeds will benefit the UNC Center for Women’s Health Research and the UNC Center for Women’s Mood Disorders. These centers assist physicians and clinicians in obtaining grants for underfunded women’s health research as well as provide care for the mental health of women during the reproductive years.
