Hearts of Gold (HoG), a not-for-profit organization that improves the lives of New York City's homeless mothers and their children, today announced that a limited number of tickets are still available for their annual Spring Fundraising Gala, “Let’s Face It.” The event will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, April 7, 2008 at Cipriani 23rd Street, located at 200 Fifth Avenue in New York City. The event is sponsored by Bobbi Brown Cosmetics and will feature their Spring 2008 Collection, as well as beauty tips, eyebrow sessions and makeovers. The event also includes a special showing of spring fashions from Khoon Hooi, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, a silent auction, and a door prize drawing.
Proceeds from the event will be used to support the 450+ children and 375+ mothers in residence annually at three Manhattan shelters: Icahn House East, LLC; the Alexander Abraham Residence (a program of Women In Need, Inc.); and Nazareth Housing.
“Our ‘Let’s Face It’ event will bring our guests the latest in spring beauty and fashion. But what’s even more beautiful is the difference we will be able to make in the lives of New York City’s homeless mothers and children, thanks to your generous support. Please don’t wait to purchase your tickets,” says HoG Founder and Executive Director Deborah Koenigsberger.
Tickets for Let’s Face It are available at several levels: $160 (includes admission and a chair massage); $210 (includes admission, chair massage, and eyebrow session); $210 (includes admission, chair massage, and expert makeover); and $250 (includes admission, chair massage, eyebrow session, and expert makeover).
