The Hendersonville Focus Group Meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. at the Bay
Breeze Restaurant, 1830 Asheville Hwy/25N, on Tuesday May 26, 2009.

For this month's meeting, Charlene Livingston has planned a group discussion about rehabbing your property with a focus on the most bang for the buck!

In our current real estate environment, with negative pressure on rental rates and higher costs for financing where available, it is critical to spend rehab funds wisely and to budget. The rehab plan should consider the type of property, target tenant/buyer, market/location, and expected holding period.

The discussion will cover single family, mobile homes, and commercial units.

We will evaluate rehabbing from a project and by room approach in terms of payback. Bring your questions and suggestions from your own rehab projects
to add to the discussion.
