Join NYSDEC Forest Ranger Karen Glesmann for an in-depth presentation on hiking and backpacking safety. This indoor program will cover basic equipment, tips on map reading, how not to get lost-and what to do if you do, and other expert advice about safety on the trail. Come prepared to ask questions.
