PLEASE NOTE: All classes are ages 18 and over with optional club outings, and the dancing is solo style with no partner necessary. and all classes include body isolations which are core moves you need as a beginner to become more advanced. Most classes skip body isolations and assume you know them but we make sure and we break them down!
