Home Schoolers Stream Study June 24, 2009

On this stream exploration for family groups we will search for aquatic insects, which are good indicators of water quality. Participants will visit the Vlomankill stream to look for common macroinvertebrates, catch them and then release them back into the stream, unharmed. Parents and children must accompany each other. Come prepared to wade!
