For most people summer represents a time for vacation, relaxation, and enjoyment. We don't want summer to be a bummer.

In this day course we will look at how to have a stress-free and enjoyable summer season by looking at Buddha’s teachings on how to examine our mind and see how to create happiness and how to release problems. Learn how to overcome the bad mental habits that confine us to states of discontent and stress, and how to cultivate positive minds that liberate us from pain.

Includes Vegetarian Potluck. Everyone is welcome.
