Nashville, TN (37209). No cooking tools required. This event is free and open to the public with all ages welcome. No RSVP required.

Owner and instructor, Chuck Cinelli, along with his mother and former restauranteur for 47 years, Joan Cinelli, invite participants to come anytime between 10am and 2pm for a fun Gnocchi (pronounced no-key) pasta-making demonstration to see how only three simple ingredients can create great pasta. Friends and families have a lot of fun cooking together. After learning how to make gnocchi, authentic ingredients needed to make this dish at home are available for purchase at the market.

Cinelli states, “We are driven by our love of the beautiful Italian culture. Our core business is to create, serve and sell the best Italian foods and groceries possible. Making Gnocchi is so easy and fun to do; it will liven up your holidays and dinner parties. This easy skill will expand your cooking prowess and you will soon impress yourself and others.”
