Hurricane Sandy has affected millions of people. Many have lost their homes and have had their lives devastated. In an effort to help those in need Class One Mixed Martial Arts and CrossFit will be holding Muay Thai Kickboxing classes and CrossFit classes to raise money for relief aid. Suggested donation is $15. 100% of the proceeds will be given to the Brooklyn Recovery Fund that will benefit victims of Hurricane Sandy.
So come down, get a work out, blow off some hurricane stress and do some good at the same time. Learn some great Thai Kickboxing techniques and train along side with two professional world champions: Andrea Galbiati,a Professional Kickboxing World Champion and Chantal Ughi a 4 time Muay Thai World Champion. Get fit and take a CrossFit class. CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.

The event will be held at Class One Mixed Martial Arts and Cross Fit located at 85 4th avenue between St. Mark’s Place and Warren Street in the Park Slope, Brooklyn. The event schedule is as follows:

Saturday 11/10/2012

9:30 to 11 am: Muay Thai Kickboxing with world champions Andrea Galbiati and Chantal Ughi

Sunday 11/11/2012

12:30 to 1:30 pm: CrossFit class

12:30 to 1:30 pm: Muay Thai Kickboxing class

1:30 to 2:30 pm: CrossFit class

1:30 to 2:30 pm: Muay Thai Kickboxing class
