Indian Creek Foundation Spring Event featuring Les Stroud, "Survivorman" March 14, 2008

The Indian Creek Foundation Spring Event celebrity guest will be Les Stroud, host of the Discovery Channel show Survivorman. Les has more than 20 years of experience as a naturalist, outdoor adventurer, and instructor in survival. He will discuss his extraordinary adventures from the Arctic to Africa. In each episode of the show Les is set down in a deserted wilderness and left to fend for himself with no food, no fresh water, no shelter, and no matches. Les will share stories, photos, songs, and excerpts from his show and life’s work in what promises to be an evening of adventure.

The event will begin at 7 p.m. on Friday, March 14 at Calvary Church in Souderton with an exciting pre-show featuring the Birds of Prey exhibit from the Lehigh Valley Zoo. Les will take the stage at 7:30 p.m. Following the program, there will be a dessert buffet for all attendees and the opportunity to purchase official Survivorman merchandise.
We anticipate a large crowd, so get your tickets early! Adult tickets are $35 and student tickets (ages 5-18) are $15. We are also offering a Family Four Pack, which includes two adult and two student tickets, for $85. We are once again offering preferred seating at the event – for an additional $30 donation per order you will receive seating in the front of the auditorium and your name printed in the ad book as an Event Patron. Proceeds from this event benefit Indian Creek Foundation’s programs for children and adults with autism and developmental disabilities.
