Indiana Special Olympics Polar Plunge February 21, 2009

The Freezin' For A Reason Indiana Special Olympics Area 9 Polar Plunge will take place Saturday, Feb. 21, at the Versailles State Park boat dock. Plungers raise a minimum of $75 to benefit athletes in Dearborn, Decatur, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Rush, Shelby, Union and Wayne counties. Registration begins at 11:30 a.m., the plunge at 1 p.m. After Splash Bash follows at South Ripley Elementary School. Food, door prizes and silent auction. Plungers eat free, spectators and fans, $5.
