Calling all caregivers! Learn to calm and sooth your baby through nurturing touch. Baby humans are tactile creatures just like their parents and nurturing touch will sooth both of you. Research shows that babies who are massaged: *Sleep longer & deeper *spend active time more alert for learning * improves elimination *learn appropriate touch and increases the bonds of attachment to their parent/caregiver. Caregivers benefit in the following ways: * More confidence in their parenting skills * Better understanding of babies cue's * Provides a time to bond and unwind with child among many other benefits. Caregivers will learn a full body massage based on Swedish massage, Indian massage and reflexology and gentle movements inspired by yoga.
