I took this program in 2003 in Atlanta. I'm a hatha yoga teacher and have trained with many different yoga "teachers." This is by far the most powerful yoga process I've ever been exposed to. I spent 7 months last year at Sadhguru's Isha Yoga Center in India taking his advanced meditation program and intensifying my practice. I can sincerely say that my health is better than when I was a teenager--I'm so full of energy and happiness. I really didn't think such things could happen so quickly. I recommend this yoga program and practice to anyone--it is really simple and extremely effective.
