$5/session, $20/day No preregistration is required.
Session Times: 7:45-9:00am, 11:00am-12:15pm, 4:00-5:15pm, 7:30-8:45pm

This retreat will give participants the opportunity to understand the protective power of the three objects of Buddhist Refuge, the Buddha Jewel, the Dharma Jewel, and the Sangha Jewel. The entire retreat is guided - perfect for beginners and experienced meditators alike. Drop in for a session or stay for the day.
