International Migratory Bird Day May 14, 2011

Grab your gear kayaks, PFD's, binoculars and get ready for kayaking along the shores of Black Jack Swamp and Clark Island in search of migratory songbirds, eagles and waterfowl. We will have a brief stop on Clark Island for birding and a light snack. You may bring your own kayak and gear, or a limited number of kayaks may be available to borrow from the park. Registration is limited and is required. If water conditions do not permit kayaking, we will conduct a birding walk on the trails. We will meet at Wilson Launch - there is a $5.00 fee.
