Introduction to Foundation Program (FP) September 14, 2009

Foundation Program (FP) is for those who wish to deepen their understanding and experience of Buddhism through systematic study and practice. FP students make a commitment to attend classes and engage in Heart Jewel at least twice a week. The book currently being studied is Joyful Path of Good Fortune, an explanation of the famous text Lamp for the Path to Enlightenment by renowned Buddhist scholar, Atisha.

The text provides practical instructions that allow us to travel along a clear and structured path to happiness. Every step of the way is explained in great detail so we can fulfill our limitless potential of good qualities. Everyone is welcome!
