Upper Darby Adult Evening Program (UDAEP) is offering the following class starting on 9/21/06 and continuing for 6 weeks at the Upper Darby High School:

Introduction to the Art of Massage 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm - $45.00
Explore the healing power of human touch and learn simple techniques for relaxation and stress relief. The mind-body-spirit connection and the benefits of massage will be emphasized.
