In this painting class we will paint from our interior as we are in this present moment. Painting experience is not necessary as the process is an expression of the self rather than the attainment of a goal. Bring your willingness to explore and your openness to new possibilities. Create without boundaries or judgment, explore as a child and through this amazing process profound change can occur. We will use over 20 vivid paint colors working in silence with gentle prompting followed by discussion. All supplies are provided. Wear comfortable shoes and old clothes.
