Iredell Health System Offers Community Health Screenings October 9, 2009

Iredell Health System's Community Wellness Department will be providing community health screenings, which include cholesterol screenings, blood glucose checks, and stroke risk assessments.

Blood glucose checks and stroke risks assessments are free, however, there is a $10 free for a complete cholesterol screening and fasting is required.
