Iredell Health System Offers Prostate Awareness Program September 15, 2009

In recognition of National Prostate Awareness Month, Iredell Health System, in conjunction with Piedmont Urology will host an informative session covering prostate health including risk factors, signs and symptoms and treatment options.

Preceded only by skin cancer, prostate cancer is the most common cancer afflicting the male population and the second leading cause of cancer death in men.

Dr. Michael Schlesinger and Dr. Alex Horchak, both from Piedmont Healthcare, will be co-presenters for the evening and will be available for a question and answer session following the presentation.

Light refreshments will be served.
