This match is a result of the match that happened on May 23rd, in Joliet, IL where a innocent mistake by Jimmy Jacobs cost Ian Rotten a win over Jim Fannin's newest goon DINGO! Now, Ian Rotten gets to handle this matter in his own way, the IWA way! This match cannot end with a mistake, only one will prevail.
