Who:
James Beard Award winning chef, restaurateur, author and Macy's Culinary Council chef Takashi Yagihashi will be on hand at Macy's at Pasadena on Lake Avenue to reveal his secrets to innovative, multi-cultural cuisine. Chef Yagihashi will share some of his favorite recipes and gourmet techniques direct from the kitchen of his renowned Chicago restaurant, Takashi. Following the demonstration, Chef Yagihashi will sign copies of his cookbook which will be available for purchase the day of the event.

Reservations are not requested. Seating will begin at 6pm and will be limited to the first 200 people. A suggested $5 donation to benefit the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank will be collected at the door.
