What it is....

JonesWorld is more than simply a band....it is a mafia family of funk, determined to get your feet stompin' and your booty movin'! Over thirty people strong, JonesWorld puts on a show only rivaled by something like Ringling Brothers---and that's just a fact!

Headed by Toddzilla (The "Minister of Funk") on guitar, the funky diva Cleopatra Jones on vocals, the suave and sophisticated Godfatha Jones on bass, and the superhuman Mighty Matt on drums, this funk circus believes you should go big or stay home---and they ain't stayin' home! The band has been described as what would happen if Van Halen's tour bus crashed into George Clinton's Mothership. Just think about it, y'all! A JonesWorld show is an all-out assault on the senses, replete with giant fuzzy dice, zoot-suited dudes, a full horn section, Go-Go dancers (known as "The Glittachicks"), a trapeze performer, pole acrobatics, and Rock 'Em Sock 'Em Robots. Over the course of the show, musicians will come and go onstage, swapping instruments, taking turns on vocals, and generally causing musical mayhem.
