Jupiter String Quartet - Quintet of Quartets III July 12, 2007

The Jupiter String Quartet, recent winner of the Cleveland Quartet Award and recipient of a three-year residency with Lincoln Center's Chamber Music Society Two, returns with a world premiere performance of John Musto's string quartet.

Program to include Beethoven's Quartet in F Major, Op. 18, No.1, Musto's String Quartet (2007) (World premiere of Volume VII of Caramoor's commissioning project: A String Quartet Library for the 21st Century), and Mendelssohn's Quartet in F minor, Op. 80.
