Ladies Zumba Time! Latin Fitness December 18, 2009

The Unbiological Sisterhood is a diverse women's social group in North Collin County commited to promoting sisterhood, friendship, and fun.

On Dec 19th, we will be trying out Zumba. What is Zumba? Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music that creates a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system. Basically, working out to Latin and Salsa.
