Chef Stewart Woodman’s Cooking Classes Take a Modern Twist on Traditional Jewish Cooking

The Jewish holidays will never be the same again! Take a culinary journey through time and tradition with chefs Stewart and Heidi Woodman, where you’ll learn traditional Jewish cooking preparations from a decidedly modern perspective. This exciting new hands-on cooking class series from the chefs and owners of Heidi’s Minneapolis – named by City Pages as 2009’s Best Restaurant and Travel & Leisure as a Top 50 Best New U.S. Restaurant –features an intimate setting for up to 12 participants and kosher wine pairings for each evening.

Registrations taken on a first come, first serve basis; advance registration required.

Fee:
$65/session. Participants will receive a $20 gift certificate to Heidi's Minneapolis for each class, or a $75 gift certificate to Heidi's for the whole series.
