On April 7, English professor, Laura Rosenthal will speak on her new book, Nightwalkers: Prostitute Narratives from the Eighteenth Century.
Dr. Rosenthal is the author of numerous articles and monographs, including Infamous Commerce: Prostitution in Eighteenth-Century British Literature and Culture and Playwrights and Plagiarists in Early Modern England: Gender, Authorship, Literary Property.
Rosenthal will answer questions following her presentation, and books will be available for purchase and signing. The event is free and open to the public, and light refreshments will be served.
