Lauren's Kids – Walk in My Shoes 2012 February 19, 2012

Please join our team "Heals for Hope" on Sunday, February 19th and Monday, February 20th. The walk will begin on 2/19 at 9AM at the Panama City Beach Convention & Visitor Bureau, 17001 Back Beach Road, Panama City Beach, FL 32413 and continue to Target at the intersection of Hwy 77 & MLK. Then resuming on 2/20 at 9AM beginning at Target and continuing to Hwy 231/Hwy 2301.

Lauren Book, who endured childhood sexual abuse for six years at the hands of her family’s nanny, will embark on a 1,500-mile journey across Florida in January and February to raise awareness about child sexual abuse and promote changes in state and federal laws to better protect children in the wake of recent, high-profile abuse scandals.
