A science-Fiction / fantasy themed relaxicon

Our definition of a Relaxicon: A party oriented convention with informal/minimal programming. Basically, a small convention (300-500), some panels (if there is interest), maybe a small costume contest, art room, filking, etc., run from a hotel. Think of it as a weekend-long party with friends. The convention provides a relaxed environment for people who enjoy science fiction to meet new friends and talk about their interests.
