It will be great, this park offers a little of everything for everyone. Nice cityscapes, nature, landscapes, and history.
The LIBERTY WALK promenade graces the eastern edge of Liberty State Park, its a 1.3 mile stroll from the park office and Statue of Liberty overlooks the partially restored CRRNJ Terminal.
Also, I would like to have a rain date as backup.

Well the date is:
SATURDAY
APRIL 3rd @ 3:30pm meetup and by 4:00pm we should start the outing!
APRIL 10th (rain date)
WHERE TO MEET: Restored Central Railroad of New Jersey Terminal (CRRNJ), located in the northern portion of the park. (Audrey Zapp Drive)
Driving Directions
From the NJ Turnpike:
Take the NJ Turnpike to Exit 14B. After the tolls, bear left down the hill. Continue straight into the park on Morris Pesin Drive. Turn left onto Freedom Way (last road on the left). When it ends, turn right onto Audrey Zapp Drive (a cobblestone road).
