Library Café Presents Winterfest Classic Beer Dinner December 2, 2009

Library Café presents a Samuel Adams Winterfest Classic beer tasting dinner on Wednesday, December 2 at 7 p.m. The dinner will feature four courses paired with Samuel Adams’ winter classics for $40 per person. Guest speaker Josh Havey from Samuel Adams will be on-hand. Reservations are recommended. The menu is as follows:
Pretzel, Cinnamon Sugar
Old Fezziwig Ale
Chopped Salad, Infused Samuel Adams Cranberry Lambic Dressing
Coastal Wheat
Skirt Steak marinated in Boston Lager
OR
Chicken Breast marinated in Cranberry Lambic Dressing
Winter Lager
Molten Lava Chocolate Cake, Vanilla Ice Cream, Holiday Porter Float
