Life Without Limits 5K Run/Walk and Asthma/Allergy Fair May 11, 2013

We are once again returning to Castlewood State Park in West County for the Life Without Limits 5K and Asthma/Allergy Fair! Please join us for a day of exercise, awareness, and FUN! Proceeds from the event will benefit AAFA-STL's life-saving programs. Please note: event is RAIN OR SHINE, and registration fees are non-refundable. Day-of registration is available but t-shirts are only guaranteed for those registered by 8 a.m. on May 6th.

This run is on a dirt trail, and proper running attire should be worn. Registration includes race t-shirt (for those who sign up by 8 a.m. on May 6th), allergy-friendly snacks, and great information and resources about asthma and allergies. Registration at the event is available. Registration opens at 8:00 a.m. on the day of the event, and the race starts at 9:00 a.m.
