This October, the New York City Chapter of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society will be holding its annual Light The Night Walk in Manhattan, Queens and on Staten Island.
Light The Night is the Society’s annual evening fundraising walking campaign to celebrate and commemorate lives touched by cancer. Each fall, teams of friends, families and co-workers gather in cities and towns across America. They walk in twilight, holding illuminated balloons – white for survivors and red for supporters. More than a walk, the evening includes music, food, and family activities.
Volunteer today to join thousands in the fight against blood cancer and “Light The Night!” To register as a walker or to receive more information, visit www.lightthenight.org/nyc or call (212) 532-5054.
