Lions of Mississippi Mid -Winter Convention February 6, 2009

Mississippi Lions District 30-M is having their Mid Winter Convention in Olive Branch February 6th - 8th. This year promises to be a great time at Mid-Winters. Come,visit with fellow Lions, feast on the good foods,but most of all have fun and enjoy everyone and everything.

Do not forget that District 30-M’s theme for Friday nights dinner’s, will be Mardi Gras/Lion King, if you wish to dress up in the Mardi Gras dress or Lion King dress, please feel free to do so. I think it will be a fun time as well as a very colorful event.

The Governor’s Banquet Saturday night will have the Jazz Band from Northwest Mississippi Community College. Make reservations as soon as possible, so we will know how many plan to attend, cut off date for the rooms is the January 19th and then the rooms go back into inventory. Send your application for registration to District Secretary Neville Vanderburg, 6676 Blocker St., Olive Branch, MS 38654 along with your check made out to the Lions of Mississippi District 30-M.
