Who will help us make bread? Grind the grain, mix, knead and shape the dough ... then we will visit with our own hen and act out the story of the Little Red Hen, while our breadrises and bakes. Who will help us eat the bread? - - All ages welcome. Up to two children per adult. "Backpack babies" (under 12 months old and carried in a backpack or sling) are welcome free of charge, but please mention these participants when registering. The fee for children between the ages of 12 and 17 months is half the regular fee. Mass Audubon family memberships must be current to receive member rates. Please consider joining by using the registration form when registering. - - Things You Should Know: - - Drumlin Farm Wildlife Sanctuary is a dynamic environment. Occasionally we may make programmatic changes to take advantage of new opportunities or to maintain the safety of the visitors and the animals we care for. - - Children should be the age indicated by the start of each program. - - On the first day of each class, please check in at the Admissions Window (except where noted), to find out where your class will meet. - - Programs include time indoors, as well as outside and will run rain or shine; please come dressed comfortably for our outdoor adventures! - - In programs where there is a farm to food connection, snacks from the farm may be incorporated.
