R Shiva Kumar earned his engineering degree from Indian Institute of Technology (Madras) and his MBA from Indian Institute of Management (Calcutta). After a brief stint with JWT, he returned to his passion for teaching and soon took charge of all academic activities at Career Launcher. He currently heads all activities related to research and development, course design and faculty training, and is leading the team involved in tutoring (in person and remotely via web & satellite). He also plays the role of academic mentor.
