Michelle Obama Defined Arms
OVERVIEW
►Do you like Michelle Obama's strong and toned arms?
►Do you want to have them too?
You'll get them at M.O.D.A.™ classes!
The 60-minute class will work on strengthening and toning your arms using bands, free weights, equipment and your own body weight. A complete circuit of exercises to define arms, chest, back and core will incorporate partner exercises too. The class was created by The Running Center's Owner and Head Coach, Coach Mindy and meets indoors at The Running Center.

• The class is open to women only.
• All levels of fitness are welcome.
• We provide a changing room, locks and lockers.
• We suggest you bring a bottle of water and a towel.
• Wear indoor workout clothes and crosstraining shoes or running shoes.
• You need not be a runner to take this class. But...
• Runners will benefit from having stronger arms to power up hills and sustain you in the last miles of a longer run or race.
• And of course... after several classes you'll look and feel great in sleeveless tops!
