Why is it that it seems so difficult to follow through with New Years resolutions? In this 2- hour workshop, I'll use guided imagery and teach the Emotional Freedom Technique ("emotional accupressure") -- an excellent combination for eliminating subconscious self sabotage. We'll also explore how a few simple questions can help find what we really want, and what is really holding us back. Once the barriers are identified, they can be elimnated with EFT. Once you have taken this or any other EFT workshop, you can attend the free montly EFT users group on the last Tuesday of each month at HCH Institute.
