Making More with Less: a recession survival toolkit - Athlone September 17, 2009

Who should attend: Senior managers and board members of organisations of all sizes.

The recession is forcing community and voluntary organisations (large and small) to review their financial strategies, operations and fundraising. With further funding cuts anticipated, leaders and managers have to respond swiftly and decisively to secure the future of their organisations.

Every manager, no matter now experienced, is asking themselves that question this year. In response, The Wheel has developed a unique half-day workshop to support organisations and their leaders as answer it. Comprising a finance and strategy 'workout session' for CEOs, managers and those in leadership positions, the workshop will provide participants with the tools to:
