Who should attend: Senior managers and board members of organisations of all sizes.
The recession is forcing community and voluntary organisations (large and small) to review their financial strategies, operations and fundraising. With further funding cuts anticipated, leaders and managers have to respond swiftly and decisively to secure the future of their organisations.
Every manager, no matter now experienced, is asking themselves that question this year. In response, The Wheel has developed a unique half-day workshop to support organisations and their leaders as answer it. Comprising a finance and strategy 'workout session' for CEOs, managers and those in leadership positions, the workshop will provide participants with the tools to:
*
assess their own organisations' financial and general organisational health
*
explore strategies to maintain stability and exploit fundraising to the maximum
*
identify new opportunities to generate income
*
choose between different strategic options for your organisation’s development.
Participants will be equipped with a Financial Survival Toolkit, and recommend options, techniques and tools to minimise or avoid the effects of a decline in public, private or voluntary financial support.
