Manga Book Club Anime Preview April 9, 2009

The Manga Book Club will be meeting in the children's story room at the Traverse Area District Library to watch the first volume of Claymore. This 2 hour DVD continues our discussion the began with reading the manga in March. In the anime Claymore, Yoma, a monster that hungers for humanity, stalks the land. It's only foe is Claymore. Human-Yoma hybrids of extraordinary strength and cunning, the Claymores roam from skirmish to skirmish delivering salvation by the edge of a blade… for a fee.
The Manga Book Club is free and open to anyone 13-years-old and up. It is not necessary to have read the series or to have attended the book discussion to attend the anime preview.
