There's magic in the trees during the winter! Walk through the woods at Irvine to collect sap to make yummy maple syrup. Learn how to identify maple trees, how to properly tap the trees for sap, and how to boil it into syrup in our big evaporator. Please register early as these programs fill up quickly!
