Singer/songwriters Mark Kelly Hall & Charlsey Etheridge will be performing a mix of original songs and tunes you already like at the 2nd Avenue Cafe on Friday, February 5. The acoustic show begins at 6 pm.
Admission is free, but as always, sincere compliments, tips and lucrative recording and/or publishing contracts will be accepted.
Chef John applies his considerable talents to a variety of dishes featuring (but not limited to) Greek cuisine. Call (931) 962-8599 for info on the restaurant.
Mark Kelly Hall's songs reflect the spiritual heritage of the Bible-belt South, combined with a lifelong fascination with American pop culture. Since his years as a student at the University of Tennessee, church-related volunteer work has taken him and his guitar to Puerto Rico, Harlem, Hawaii, the Pacific Northwest, Minsk and, most recently, South Africa.
Charlsey Etheridge offers a blend of folk, pop and blues reminiscent of Sheryl Crow. When she is not on stage herself, she is a fulltime music teacher, helping encourage future performers.
