Master Builders Association Presents Free Home Buyer Classes May 2, 2009

The classes, hosted at the Master Builders Association Housing Center on the first, third and fifth Saturdays in May, will offer information about the commission’s low-interest rate House Key State Bond first mortgage program, down payment assistance programs and other available loan programs. Class participants will receive a certificate of completion (good for two years) required by the Commission as part of qualifying for a state bond loan. The instructor will be able to answer specific questions regarding the home buying process and opportunities available for consumers to take advantage of the current housing market.
