May Day Celebration May 2, 2010

The crops are planted, wildflowers blooming, and it's time for a celebration! Come to Pioneer Farms on Saturday, May 2 for an afternoon featuring music by the Biscuit Brothers, dancing by the Contemporary Cloggers, kite flying, crafts, games, historic demostrations at all the homesites including quilting, spinning, weaving, and sheep shearing. There will also be re-enactments by a Native American group and The Lost Hope Gunfighters. Amy's Ice Cream will be on hand so you may enjoy a cold treat while visiting Pioneer Farms.
