Meet the Author - Daniel Trask June 5, 2008

Daniel Trask was born in Brockton, Massachusetts, received a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2006. He published his first novel My Dog the Meat Eater in 2003 and presently is on a 16,000 miles through 48 states in 14 weeks Book Tour for his second novel DMR. Told in a first person, the novel tells the story of a recent college graduate’s first six months in the real world, working as a direct caregiver within the Massachusetts Department of Mental Retardation.

Come meet Daniel as he discusses his latest novel, the book tour, and the pros and cons of self publishing and marketing thousands of miles away from home. He currently resides in Brockton and works as a copy editor and security guard. He will attend a biomedical graduate degree program this fall. Light refreshments and a booksigning.
