Japanese noise rock band, Melt Banana, found more success in the United States and the United Kingdom than in its own country, gaining a small but dedicated fan base among American and European punk rock fans. Birthday Suits are a duo, Mathew and Hideo from Minneapolis, United States. The Boggs are a group of street musicians from Brooklyn, NY who met while performing on subway platforms and decided to move their act indoors. They use acoustic guitar, drums, banjo, mandolin, washboard, harmonica, accordion and fiddle to create a potent blend of country, blues and bluegrass backed up with the street corner energy of punk.
