Memory Walk is Alzheimer's Society's biggest annual fundraiser and a great opportunity to have a fun day out with friends and family.

Join thousands of people by taking part in a Memory Walk in September and you can help raise money to support people with dementia and their carers in your area.

Description of walk: Thames bank walks, music and entertainment, information stalls, bring your own picnic
